WE started this business because we love our family.
We live in New Orleans, LA. Our family is in California.
Our passion began as a way of showing our family we love them.
We wanted them to know that we were thinking of them.
So, we would send brownies, chocolate rum balls and
pralines to our family members. When they received their gifts
in the mail, they would call and we would talk for hours. It would evoke
such a touching conversation and remind us of memories that we cherished.
Before long, the response was so heart-warming, we decided to begin doing the
same for friends, neighbors and then acquaintances. It became so huge
that we wanted to offer it to everyone. B. Collins was born and an instant success.

B. Collins is completely owned and operated by a husband and wife team.
Native New Orleanians who love to give from the heart and make others happy. Who doesn't love New Orleans? We certainly do! We have been selling online since 2005 on Ebay. But we have been making goodies and candy forever!
At first, we were afraid to venture out on our own. But, with many suggestions, and others practically begging us to do it, we decided to give it a try! All our business is through word of mouth and funded entirely by our own marketing dollars.
We are also happy to say that 75% of our proceeds are given to help others, single parents, abused women, children with learning disabilites, etc. We give from our own pocket but entirely from our hearts.
